
Rabiul Islam is the Managing Trustee of CSAPC with decades of experience in substance abuse prevention & care. A former musician and senior journalist and also a recovering addict, Islam was the Founder and Project Director of a nation-leading NGO, Kripa Foundation. He helped run the Shillong Centre in 1995 and the Guwahati centre in 2006, before branching off on his own initiative of CSAPC.
Islam has 24 years of experience as an addict and 29 years in recovery. He has been working in the field of substance abuse since 1995, noted above. In 2020 taking advantage of the long Covid lockdowns, he wrote a comprehensive book “Substance Abuse & Recovery – A Handbook” which has now become a textbook used in many rehabilitation centres around Northeast.

Raunaq Aziz Islam (Trustee) is a former banker with ICICI and Jana Small Finance Bank. Raunaq handles CSAPC’s finances and helps the Guwahati location with technical support. He is honored to be helping his community in these ways.

Mohammed Adam Aziz(Trustee), a design graduate working on game development. He is the technical director responsible for the promotion and marketing of CSAPC’s objectives and mission. He feels fortunate to be assisting this community-based project.
Farhad Iqbal is a certified Chartered Accountant who handles CSAPC’s audit and accounts.
Shamsur Rahman is a recovering addict with vast experience in multi-tasking and management as the Centre Manager of the Aashroy Drug De-addiction Centre for male addicts.
